Professional Massage Therapy

Enjoy our massage therapy as it helps with circulation, pain reduction, sinus clarity, and other physical therapy aspects. Our massage therapies include, but are not limited to Swedish Therapy, Sports and/or Medical Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology Massage, Scalp Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Targeted Restoration, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Maternity Pre/Post – Natal Massage. 

Aromatherapy Massage

30 minutes - $70 | 60 minutes - $120 | 90 minutes - $165
Aromatherapy is the process of infusing essential botanical oils into the air to promote relaxation and achieve other therapeutic effects. Aromatherapy can usually be added to massage and bodywork services to enrich and complete your experience.

Swedish Massage

30 minutes - $65 | 60 minutes - $110 | 90 minutes - $155

To reduce the daily stressors or pain sometimes a little relaxation is "kneaded."  This massage promotes proper blood flow, reduces muscle spasms, and increases one's range of motion by manipulating the joints and muscles in a kneading process. 

Deep Tissue Targeted Restoration

30 minutes - $70 | 60 minutes - $120 | 90 minutes - $165
Specifically customized, this deep tissue massage targets your body areas of concern. A variety of therapeutic techniques are combined to ensure stress-related tenderness is immediately relieved and alleviated.

Maternity Massage - Pre/Post Natal Therapy

30 minutes - $65| 60 minutes - $110
This treatment relieves stress and discomfort due to pregnancy. With this nurturing massage, your body will appreciate this much needed care.

Medical Massage

30 minutes - $70 | 60 minutes - $120
This massage reduces pain and increases dopamine (mood hormones), serotonin (brain function hormones), endorphin (stress hormones), blood flow and increasing one's range of motion. 

Hot Stone Massage

30 minutes - $70 | 60 minutes - $120 | 90 minutes - $165
Exhale and relax as your therapist administers an advanced mineralized black granite stone massage therapy far exceeding traditional stone massage. Synchronized therapeutic massage with micronized minerals: Malachite and Zincite, de-stresses your entire being… mind, body, and spirit. 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

30 minutes - $70 | 60 minutes - $125
MLD is a gentle massage technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system and moves excess fluid away from the swollen areas.

Reflexology Massage

30 minutes - $70 | 60 minutes - $120
This dynamic pressure point massage technique is applied to the feet to relieve soreness and release tension. Each pressure point corresponds to an area of the body to immediately alleviate and promote healing. Traditional reflexology or stone reflexology treatments are available. Especially beneficial for those on their feet for extended periods of time.

Scalp Massage

15 minutes - $28 | 30 minutes - $40

One of the most obvious benefits of scalp massage is increased circulation.  The scalp, being an extremity is one of the hardest places for blood to flow.  A scalp massage not only assists in the relations of the body’s muscles, it is also effective in the reduction in anxiety and mental stress that has been allowed to build up, a major reason for the cause of exacerbation of headaches.

Kneading Time Spa is a safe and healthy environment for all who enter our doors. We encourage everyone to take good care of themselves and to be mindful of others in our community. If you are not feeling well, please call us immediately to reschedule. This includes: being sick, sneezing, coughing, runny nose, upper respirator infections, allergic attacks, and other illness. We reserve the right to stop or decline an appointment in order to keep our spa a safe and healthy environment for our customers and our staff. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.

Discounts:
We are law enforcement and military friendly! We offer 10% discounts on Tuesday's.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 24-hours of the appointment will be subjected to a 50% charge. No calls, no shows will be subjected to 100% charge. 

Refund Policy:
We do not render refunds on services or products. 

Gift Cards:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. All gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.
