Does Acupuncture Hurt?
Acupuncture us generally very comfortable. The needles used are extremely thin - much finer than those used for injections. Most clients feel little to no sensation, and many experience a deep sense of relaxation during treatment.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first session includes a brief consultation to discuss your health history, concerns & goals. You'll then relax in a peaceful setting while the needles are gently placed. Sessions typically last 45-60 mins.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients notice benefits after one visit, while others experience the best results with a series of treatments.
Is Acupuncture Safe?
Yes. Acupuncture is very safe when performed by a licensed practitioner. We use only sterile, single-use needles and follow strict hygeiene and safety standards.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Many acupuncture points are located on the arms, legs and back and you will always be properly draped for comfort and privacy.
Can I combine acupuncture with other spa services?
Absolutely. Acupuncture pairs beautifully with massage, facials, and other spa treatments to enhance relaxation and support whole-body wellness.
Will I feel anything after my session?
Many clients feel calm, grounded and refreshed after treatment. Some notice increased energy or improved sleep. It's also normal to feel deeply relaxed for the rest of the day.

If you are not feeling well, please call us immediately to reschedule. This includes: being sick, sneezing, coughing, runny nose, upper respirator infections, allergic attacks, and other illness. We reserve the right to stop or decline an appointment in order to keep our spa a safe and healthy environment for our customers and our staff. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Discounts:
We are law enforcement and military friendly! We offer 10% discounts on Tuesday's.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 24-hours of the appointment will be subjected to a 50% charge. No calls, no shows will be subjected to 100% charge.
Refund Policy:
We do not render refunds on services or products.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. All gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.
