Theresa manages the front desk at Kneading Time Spa and greets our clients with a warm smile everyday. She provides outstanding customer service to each and every client. On the phone or in person, she is happy to speak with all our clients and book them services based on their needs. She has a vast background in customer service and has worked in our community for the past 25 years. She has raised her beautiful family in New Windsor and has a love for traveling & wine.
